Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item).

Please note: Change-of-mind refunds (including dissatisfaction not related to a fault) are not available for opened or used products. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and information carefully before purchasing.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you need a replacement or exchange, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist within the 30-day window, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
